The Partnership plays a leadership role in pursuit of development opportunities for downtown and providing technical support for developing and marketing commercial office space. Recently, the Partnership has been a major catalyst in supporting new entrepreneurs and supporting new businesses.
With over two million square feet of commercial office space, in addition to corporately owned and occupied offices, downtown St. Petersburg hosts the largest concentration and diversity of businesses in Pinellas County, and the third largest in the Tampa Bay area. In recent years downtown led all other Pinellas sub-markets in occupancy growth. For a listing of select properties from our real estate partners, please click here.
The Partnership maintains a directory of commercially available employee parking, including monthly rates, availability and operator contacts. To view the downloadable version of the Downtown Parking information, please click here.

Downtown residents can choose from more than 100 restaurants, go to a Major League ball game, walk to shopping or work, and attend a wide range of classes and lectures. Churches of many denominations are also located downtown. For medical care, Bayfront Health, All Childrens’ Hospital and St. Anthony's Hospital are nearby. Whatever the destination, the Looper Trolley ties it all together.
