2024 Downtown Development Summit

The St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership is pleased to present two respected housing policy experts who will speak at the third annual Downtown Development Summit on February 27 from 3 to 6 pm. Accessible and affordable housing continues to be a significant challenge for St. Petersburg. At our Development Summit we will look at case studies from other communities to highlight best practices and approaches to reducing housing costs and providing additional inventory for working families.
