The Partnership convenes a monthly meeting with leading residential and commercial developers to work with city leaders on public policies that support smart, sustainable growth. This month, we will be discussing the potential creation of a Special Assessment Area in Downtown St. Pete, which would allow for the implementation of a Downtown Improvement District that could provide urban management services.
