The St. Petersburg Times published "Top Workplaces 2011”, which is a list of the best places to work in the Tampa Bay region. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based on feedback received from an employee survey. There were 131 companies that participated in this year’s program and of those companies 70 were selected for the Top Workplaces award. The survey breaks down workplaces into three sizes based on the number of locally based employees; large, 500 or more employees; midsize, 150-499; and small, 50-149. The survey company then ranks employees within their size category based solely on the employee responses to the survey statements. WRH Realty Services, a property management company with its headquarters in St. Petersburg Florida, was honored to be ranked eighth out of 35 companies in the small business category. Mark Rutledge, Chief Executive Officer and President, had this to say about making this year’s list, "This is a really big deal for us, particularly because the judges of this award were our team members. A successful business starts with the morale within the organization and we keep that in the forefront of our minds with our company motto, "You Matter” and we mean it! Our focus on internal morale is one of the reasons we stand out within the multifamily industry and why we have committed and loyal team members.”
WRH Realty Services, Inc. is one of the largest full-service real estate investment, property management, construction and consulting firms in the southeast with properties in Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.
