St. Pete College Commercial Real Estate Course

This year, St. Petersburg College (SPC) hosted the inaugural Commercial Real Estate Development 101 bootcamp with more than 30 students. This new project was initiated and sponsored by the St. Pete Downtown Partnership. Each session covers a different sub-industry of commercial real estate and explains how to get involved. At the end of the eight week program, students were offered an internship with a local commercial real estate expert.
