Waterfront Museum District

Running along Downtown’s sparkling waterfront park system, the expansive Waterfront Museum District features drinking, dining and shopping destinations on Beach Drive, world-class museums and galleries, performing arts venues, lush parks, outdoor festivals and yacht basins. Bookended by The Dalí and Duke Energy Center for the Arts – The Mahaffey Theater on the south end, and The Vinoy® Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club on the north side, the District includes the Museum of Fine Arts, the American Museum of Arts and Crafts and The James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art. Two current hotel developments—Ascent and Galaxy—are located within the Waterfront Museum District.
