The Partnership is working to respond to market demand for additional workspaces in St. Pete’s vibrant urban center.  We want to make it easy for developers to build resilient, sustainable projects that enhance the vibe this special place.

• Downtown Development Guide - In collaboration with academic, public and private sector leaders, the Partnership developed this new resource to memorialize our progress as a city and provide a roadmap for thoughtful growth into the future. 
• Developers Council - Sponsored by Bank OZK, the Partnership convenes a monthly meeting with leading residential and commercial developers to work with city leaders on public policies that support smart, sustainable growth. 
• StPeteRising.com – The Partnership invests in a close formal working relationship with the blogging team at St. Pete Rising and helps to sponsor and support their smart growth narratives.
